So holy hell what a weekend!!!!! Today is officially my birthday! 25 years. In case you haven't heard...this last weekend, I had the biggest suprise of my life.

Last thurs. my friends had me under the impression that I would be going to this big party where some important people would be in attendance.  Also, Ben Hatch and were talking how he might be in New York for the weekend.

So when the cab pulled into the airport, I thought "oh Hatch has suprised me for my b-day by coming a day early"  This was not the case! My friends kick me out of the cab and say "You have been Punk'd...we are all going to Indy for the weekend"  It was awesome!!! Just what I needed.

Luke I am sorry we couldn't get together......I had a great time laying in a hammock soaking up the midwest sun!!!

I am listening to the lovely KROC radio at the moment where they are playing the 'Widow' from the ass kicking band Mars Volta.

Last night was a crazy night where I saw a couple of bands.  'The Shore' who are absolutely wretched in concert.  Then saw a band called Sam Champion who were decent, with alot of good ideas but not quite there. 

A book I am currently reading is called 'Messy Spirituality' by Michael Yaconelli. It is not a bad read and a short one at that. I am a little halfway through.  It comes from the notion where no one is perfect, and in fact the strongest people of faith were also the most fucked up ones. This notion has really help me come to terms with my current situation and beliefs....

Ok I am going to put in the new EP from Saints and Lovers and wait for you all to get back to me.  You know before you know it, I am going to get addicted to this thing.  How do I add pictures and all that?

Hello Friends....what I am currently listening to? hmmm? well it started out with the cornerstone mixtape of Jay'z which is off the hizzle but now I am going to switch to maybe some...Tegan and Sara! Love that band!

Yesterday was a healthy conversation with the Reese and Bole it is good to hear from such upright citizens in their communities....

Luke I am wearing Chuck Taylors that flip down...I thought you would be proud!

Also...I am interested in what everyone is up to in life and also what you are listening to....As most of you know I work at EMI music publishing so I am always listening to new stuff!!
